Barrow Properties has detected a distinct upturn in the commercial market in the second half of 2003, setting the scene for the release of Pinewood Square Phase Two.
Barrow director Paul Barrow says, "the oversupply of A-grade space is being steadily eroded in response to lower rental and interest rates and increased business activity.
"This has generated demand from owner-occupiers seeking longer-term security of tenure and good capital gains."
Barrow Properties' Pine-wood Square Phase Two comprises 2500sq m in 18 sectional title units.
Barrow says the development meets the needs of small-to-medium businesses.
