The latest deal concluded in the high-demand park is a R4.4-million sale with Manta Medical negotiated by Michele Gooderson of JHI Real Estate and Kevin Goncalves who represented the developer, Melki.

Manta purchased a 636 square metre sectional title unit in ONe the Boulevard. The medical group will be occupying a portion of the ground floor and letting out the balance of 138 square metres.

Phase 2 is nearing completion and all units are under serious negotiation, according to JHI broker, Ms Gooderson.

"The park is in high demand as it gives users the opportunity for independent branding and identity," she says. "It offers investors a very good return on investment, which will improve further once Westway is fully let. This is likely to be happen within twelve months given current demand levels".

Other recent deals concluded in Westway Office park include another letting in ONe the Boulevard by Chantal Williams of JHI Real Estate for Prestasi Brokers (Pty) Ltd and for the Professional Provident Society Insurance Company Ltd (PPS). She also moved Unisys Africa into Westway Office Park and negotiated a sale to an end-user.
