City of Joburg Property Company (PTY) LTD (Reg No 2000/017147/07) as an agent of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality hereby invites interested parties to submit applications to lease and develop certain parts of Erven 943 RE, 944 and 945 Fairland known as “Jerusalem Site” for Office, Retail, and Institutional purposes.
A non-compulsory site inspection will be held on 19 March 2004. The site inspection will commence at 10:00 near Still Street, Fairland.
Application documents are available at the Information Desk of the offices of the City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd, 9th (Ninth) Floor, Braamfontein Centre, 23 Jorissen Street, Johannesburg. A non refundable deposit of R 300,00 per document is payable.
Sealed proposals, clearly indicating the property description, must be placed in the tender box at the Information Desk at the offices of the City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd not later than 10:00 on 30 April 2004.
Please note the following:
a. No late proposals will be considered;
b. The City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd reserves the right not to accept any proposal;
c. The City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any proposed proposal at its own discretion; and
d. The results will be announced at a later date.
