Profile of the Deal Party suburb in Port Elizabeth

Deal Party, in the Eastern Cape, is situated on the major routes alongside the N2 highway and is less than a 10 minute drive from anywhere in Port Elizabeth, including the airport, harbour and Coega.

Why Deal Party?

  • Comparative advantage: A prime industrial area offering buildings with good yard and heights. The node is home to many local, national and multi-national captains of industry.
  • Accessibility & infrastructure: The road infrastructure is well-planned with two main roads on either side and numerous arterial roads in between. The N2 runs into Buurman Road, which runs straight through Deal Party. Old Grahamstown Road running parallel is the other main road in Deal Party. Utilities are sufficient to serve this major industrial area.
  • Business support services (amenities): Deal Party is a manufacturing and distribution node but is in close proximity to citywide services.
  • Tenant-mix/ business clustering: Tenants include Namibian Breweries, Macsteel, Komatsu, Rennies, Armstrong, Imperial, Tennaco, Valour, Eberspacher as well as local and other national tenants serving the large national/multi-nationals.
