THE Cape Town branch of New World Sandstone, the natural stone specialists, has handled four large contracts in recent months, says the company's chief executive, John Jordaan.

The first contract was for the entrance to the Capegate Lifestyle Centre, Brackenfell, and the second was for two decorative fishponds using natural sandstone from Qwa-Qwa at Groote Schuur Ministerial Estate.

In addition to these contracts New World Sandstone has also provided some large one ton seating blocks for the Cape Town City Council's Heerengracht water feature
