THE Institute of Estate Agents has launched a new national website for its members and the public.

THE Institute of Estate Agents has launched a new national website for its members and the public.

IEA national president Bill Rawson says it is an extension of the pilot site which the organisation's Western Cape region launched last year.

The site contains industry and institute news, details of forthcoming events, and information for members, including the IEA's code of ethics.

IEA national co-ordinator Kate Colsell, who manages the project, says the website will play an important role in improving communication within the organisation.

"It makes information instantly accessible to all our members throughout South Africa, and enables them to keep in contact with their professional institute," she said.

Rawson says the website is yet another benefit which IEA members can enjoy at no extra charge. The address is www.ieasa.org.za
