Demand for industrial space north of the Umgeni is huge. The only stumbling block, says Alan Dryburgh, JHI  Real Estate KZN broker manager, is a shortage of quality stock.
 
He says JHI is getting  inquiries from industrialists looking for space from 400m2 to 2 000m2. Moreland's new industrial development is a big drawcard and there is likely to be growing demand for new  developments.
 
JHI Real Estates latest property report confirms that industrial demand is expected to continue until late next year. - The Mercury
