NEPI Rockcastle opens prime Novi Sad Promenada on time and on budget

NEPI Rockcastle announces the official opening of its 59th property, Novi Sad Promenada in Serbia’s second largest city, Novi Sad. Novi Sad is a thriving city of approximately 320,000 inhabitants.

The shopping centre is the largest retail development in Serbia outside of Belgrade. It has four levels, took 16 months to construct, and has been delivered on time and on budget. It is situated in a prime location in the centre of the city, at the intersection of two main boulevards and adjacent to a sports complex and high-density residential areas.

Commenting on the new development, NEPI Rockcastle’s chief executive officer, , said:

NEPI Rockcastle plans to continue investing in Central and Eastern Europe in 2019. It expects to complete several other developments, extensions and refurbishments in Romania, Poland, Serbia and Croatia by the end of 2019.
