Property sector stalwart Stephan Le Roux has been appointed as the new South African Council of Shopping Centres (SACSC) president.

Stephan has more than three decades of experience in the various aspects of the property and retail industry. After studying and achieving degrees in accountancy and architecture, the property industry was a natural calling as it combined the built environment with finance.

He takes up his new tenure immediately and the reins were handed over to him from former SACSC president and CEO of Broll, Malcolm Horne.
