The 18,000m2 Mall@Mfula, in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga, celebrates its 1st birthday this month.

Mall@Mfula

It has brought a new improved retail offering and shopping experience to the area when it opened in November 2016, and includes tenants such as Shoprite, Clicks, Woolworths Clothing, Truworths, Identity, Mr Price, Miladys, Foschini, Sports Scene, Markham, Exact, The Fix, Studio 88, Capitec, Standard Bank, to name a few.

Located at the intersection of R543 and the N2, a natural extension to the existing town, with a strong primary catchment market, it also benefits from secondary trade coming into Piet Retief from the Pongola border of Swaziland.

Designed as an upmarket, enclosed mall, with ample free parking, the mall has been well received by the town and is trading very well.

Anaprop intends on expanding the Mall@Mfula in the near future, and has spare bulk of 7,000m2 in hand, which will bring the centre to 25,000m2.
