The Commission has approved, without conditions, the intermediate merger whereby Atterbury Fund intends to acquire the target firms.

Post-merger, the Atterbury Fund will have sole control over Riverwalk Office Park Proprietary Limited (Riverwalk Company) and Club Retail Park Proprietary Limited.

The Atterbury Group comprises of various firms that are involved in, inter alia, the holding and development of commercial (office), retail, industrial and residential properties, and the provision of asset management functions / services.

The Club Retail Company is a company that owns a retail and office property in Pretoria.

Riverwalk Company owns office and retail property in Pretoria.
