Advising that the change of name of the Company from “Delta International Property Holdings Limited” to “Delta Africa Property Holdings Limited” has been registered by the Mauritius Registrar of Companies on 29 September 2015.
The board had proposed in August 2015 that the name be amended in order to more accurately reflect the fund's positioning as a property holding company in Africa.
Delta International was initially incorporated in Bermuda on 16 May 2012 and transferred its primary listing from the Bermuda Stock Exchange to the SEM on 30 March 2015. The JSE granted approval for the transfer of Delta’s listing to the Main Board on Friday, 10 July 2015.
