JSE-listed Lodestone Reit, which is part of the Resilient Property Income Fund stable of companies, announced on Tuesday it had acquired Yarona Shopping Centre from Delta Property Fund for R80 million.

"The acquisition is in line with Lodestone's strategy to acquire yield enhancing assets to grow its portfolio with long term, sustainable cash flows," Lodestone said.

The acquisition would be settled in cash.
