With Industrial and Commercial areas in the Western Cape in high demand, it comes as no surprise that the recently released Contermans Kloof Industrial area, adjacent to the N7/ Blouberg corridor, is already in high demand and a hub of activities.

This includes the construction of a new link from the N7 to Burgundy Estate/ Plattekloof, a major new regional shopping centre and the growth of the industrial section bordering Atlas Gardens.

“Contermans Kloof offers investors and owner/ occupiers several opportunities including turnkey operations, purpose-built units, and the rental of existing units or the purchase of vacant land,” explains Len Pears from Quagga Property Brokers.

“For buyers looking for an ideal location for distribution centres, this area provides exceptional access to the N7 and N1 and the areas of West Coast, Northern and Southern suburbs, as well as the Platteland,” explains Len.
