Texton Property Fund concludes agreements to acquire three well-located properties in the UK for £32m

Conclusion of the Acquisition of Tesco building, Parc Pensarn Units and Bonmarche and Poundland Units ensures further UK portfolio enhancing acquisitions which are pursuant to Texton’s strategy to achieve geographic diversification beyond South African borders into the UK.

The Tesco building is a 9,323.02sqm high quality office building in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, England comprising of “A Grade” quality modern specification over 3 floors.

Parc Pensarn Units is a decentralised retail centre in Carmarthen, Wales which comprises a terrace of three new self-contained retail units constructed using a steel portal frame with surfaced car parking facilities. The property has a GLA of 1,782.79sqm.

Bonmarche and Poundland Units in Nottingham, England is a 2600 City centre retail complex with a £16.02 Weighted average net rental per m2.

Texton Property Fund  will retain current property manager, Argo Real Estate Limited.
