Zola Ntwasa

Zola Ntwasa is an Independent Non-executive Officer of Hospitality Property Fund.

 

Zola Ntwasa qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 after having completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting at the University of Natal (Durban) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Cape Town.

She is an executive director of Jade Capital Partners. Zola was previously a director of Standard Bank Group Limited’s Real Estate Finance division, heading up its New Business team and an investment banker, having held roles in Standard Bank’s BEE Finance division and in Corporate Finance at Investec Bank Limited. She is currently the chair of the Women’s Property Network (Gauteng) and a member of SAPOA, AWCA and ABASA.

She was appointed to the board of Hospitality as an independent non-executive director on 8 July 2013 and serves as a member of the audit and risk committee.
