Industrial property focused listed company increases earnings

METBOARD Properties' year-end results highlight a year of active property trading and significant vacancy reductions.

The market's only focused industrial property listed fund saw turnover increase by 28,5%, boosted by a number of new acquisitions, and reduced vacancies to a low 5.2% from a previous vacancy level of 8%.

The fund announced a distribution per linked unit of 38 cents.
