THE developers of the eleven block 9000 m2 Amdec/Lovemore project "The Terraces" at Steenberg Office Park hosted some 150 guests from the Cape property and business sector at Amdec's offices to update them on progress in this R 70 million AAA Grade de-centralised development.

At "The Terraces", three blocks have been sold ahead of the developer's schedule. Craig Ballington, Amdec marketing Manager, said that currently floor space in the units, which he described as "among the most gracious office blocks in Cape Town", is attracting great interest from the corporate sector
