AN exclusive new design centre exhibiting upmarket home finishes will open at The Foundry in Green Point.

Lisa Trigg, managing director of the new venture - a.n.d design collective - says it will be an elite emporium that will enable suppliers of cutting edge home finishes to exhibit their products permanently in an upmarket centre.

A major attraction will be a well-stocked specification library. "This is the concept of the new design centre - a gallery functioning as a one-stop design shop," said Trigg.

Exhibitors will be charged for permanent display stands. Suppliers' brochures will be stocked, also at a fee. Trigg said the company would only be going ahead with this concept once 70% of the exhibitors confirmed.
