A further opportunity presented itself with the Chas Everitt Group which has resulted in my joining hands with them in a partnership with the Chas Everitt Property Rentals Group which I will be heading up on a national basis as the Property Rentals CEO going forward.

This is a wonderful opportunity for our clients, both landlords and tenants, as we will have access to a much wider range of clients and marketing through the groups well established network of over 120 offices across SA and their very strong presence in the national centres, particularly Johannesburg and Cape Town.

This move will not impact on our clients we remain the same group of folks and the same company, we have just become part of something bigger our commitment to serving our client remains as strong as ever, we just wanted to keep you informed of the changes so that there aren't any surprises.

We will be making the transition over the next 3 months and we will keep you advised of progress throughout the process.
