MARRIOTT Property Fund has acquired a portfolio of industrial properties from unlisted property developer Improvon Developments for R64,25m.

MARRIOTT Property Fund has acquired a portfolio of industrial properties from unlisted property developer Improvon Developments for R64,25m.
The 10 newly acquired properties are in the Johannesburg Airport node. The fund's cautionary announcement of February 12 has been lifted following closure of the deal.
