Premium Properties lifts distribution by 19.4%

Real estate investment trust Premium Properties has increased its distribution to shareholders by 19.4% to 150.7c per linked unit for the year ended February 2014.

Premium holds a residential portfolio and also invests in the retail‚ industrial and office property sectors.

All rental income received by the group‚ less operating costs and interest on debt‚ is distributed biannually.

Premium has investment assets of R5.3bn. The net asset value of the group increased by 18.5% to R20.10 per linked unit.
