The R144 million Gateway Healthcare Centre will be developed on the corner of Aurora and Park Drive, some 500m from the Netcare Umhlanga Hospital, by Crowie Projects in conjunction with our partner Kathir Developments

The premier seven-storey commercial property will feature cutting edge design, sea views and operational practices that are energy efficient, resource efficient and environmentally responsible.

The 6165m² centre will offer four levels of commercial space over ground floor retail with ample parking facilities, including two upper parking levels as well as ground floor bays.

Construction is planned to start in April 2014 with completion is expected in April 2015.
