Leading international brands open stores in Hyprop malls

Hyprop announces the opening of several leading international brands across its portfolio.

Clearwater Mall

Canal Walk further enhanced its fashion selection with the opening of global luxury denim clothing brand G-Star Raw (194m2)in April. This was followed by the launch of the largest Topshop store in the Western Cape in September. In October, Canal Walk will further welcome international beauty brand
Jo Malone, leading London shoe retailer Dune and London fashion retailer Lipsy.

Popular food brands are also making an entrance with Burger King opening its fourth store in South Africa at CapeGate in the Western Cape.

At Clearwater Mall, leading German fashion retailer Tom Tailor Denim opened a 150m2 store on 26 September 2013 and has seen successful initial trade. It is one of the many international brands being rolled out by the Edcon group. Further enhancing Clearwater Mall's retail offering is a 322m2 Mango and a 114m2 Cotton On Body, which are set to open in time for pre-Christmas trading.

Hyde Park Corner will see the opening of leading international luxury brand Montblanc in October with a 97m2 store.
