Aucor South have been mandated by the joint liquidators to submit the following properties to a Public Tender.
The properties consist of Sectional Title Units and development land in the Scheme known as Milkwood Estate, which is situated on the seaside of Marina Martinique, in Jeffreys Bay.
The units on offer comprise 15 x 3 bedroom apartments, each with ensuite bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living room areas including a fridge, oven and hob and other appliances in each unit.
Since the completion of the development of the 32 units, 17 have been occupied and the remaining 15 now form part of the liquidation.
Further to that there is a safe and secure underground parking area as well as store room facilities. All apartments have balconies with beautiful sea views and modern finishes.
The land included in the sale is the land on either side of the existing apartment block.
There are further development rights in place for another 80 units.
In terms of the tender, purchasers have the option to tender for individual units or a combination of units or as a lot. All options will be considered by the joint liquidators.
