91 exciting Commercial and industrial Properties with a total sales value of almost R 170m have been successfully sold under the gavel of well known Auctioneer, Andrew Miller over the past 12 months.

Andrew Miller AuctioneerAndrew is Co- Shareholder of IN2ASSETS who has become the leading brand name in the Commercial and Industrial Auction Industry in KZN within the relative short period since opening business a mere 12 months ago.

" The results we have achieved over such a short period of time is certainly testimony of the acceptance of auctions being the preferred method of sale of Commercial and Industrial Property in particular seen against the background of the negative perception that was caused against the Auction Industry in general over the past 2 years " comments Rainer Stenzhorn , Sales and Marketing Manager and Co-Founder of IN2ASSETS.

According to Stenzhorn there exists strong demand for Commercial and Industrial property reminiscent of the boom days leading up to 2008. " We are well positioned to entertain both supply and demand through our expansion into the other major capitals across the Country with our immediate key focus being in Johannesburg where we have already hosted various combined and high profile auctions. "

" We are increasingly noticing significant trading between Durban and Johannesburg mainly due to the exciting incentives and strategic development plans surrounding the Durban Harbour, the Dube Trade Port and the Durban International Airport.

" A recent Auction held in close proximity of the Durban International Airport attracted a capacity crowd with strong appetite in particular coming from Logistic Companies and Developers , a tendency we are similarly experiencing in other parts of the Greater Durban Area including the Area midway between Durban and Pietermaritzburg . Highly visible Development Land fronting the N3 between Durban and Pietermaritzburg was successfully sold by us as recent as our June Auction for R 31, 4 Million. We are excited about these developments in this node within the very near future " says Stenzhorn.

"Apart from End-Users and Developers we still cannot sufficiently supply in the strong demand daily received from Investors who are desperately in search of Retail Complexes as well as Tenanted Commercial and Industrial Properties with strong income " according to Stenzhorn
