In2assets will be hosting a liquidation auction of 24 mini factories located in Fischer Park Hillcrest on instruction of the Liquidators of Sanyati Properties

The entire industrial business park consists of 34 units and the majority was owned by Sanyati.

The business park was developed in an aesthetically pleasing design and all units besides one have roller shutter access as well as double volume work space with modern office and team member facilities.

"Fischer Park" is well positioned between Hillcrest and the Waterfall industrial node, and close to prominent residential Estates such as Camelot, 100 on Acutts, Cotswold Downs and La Domaineand was only built in 2009 says Rainer Stenzhorn of In2assets who is in charge of the auction sale.

The high demand for the industrial units in "Fischer Park", which are ranging from 280 m²to 485 m² is evident of a fairly low vacancy rate within the Business Park continued Stenzhorn and most of the current tenants with valid leases have indicated their desire to remain at the Park which makes this even more attractive for potential buyers.

The units will be submitted to auction with the option of inclusion of existing lease agreements or cancellation thereof.

According to Stenzhorn there exists huge demand nationally for good properties and this property caters exactly for that demand.

The auction will be conducted at the Durban Country Club on the 26th of March 2013 @ 11h00.
