On 11 April an entire 7-story residential apartment block known as 360 Degrees will be taken to auction following the liquidation of Bestvest 153 (Pty) Ltd 

Woodstock ApartmentThe building, which is currently 90% complete, is situated at 52 Strand Street in Woodstock and consists of 72 apartments, including 118 underground and secure parking bays. Construction of the building was halted due to cash flow issues which Bestvest encountered. Aucor South have been instructed by the Joint Liquidators, Sanek Trust, to take this property to auction.
