Situated on the R540 en route to Lydenburg and near Belfast, the village of Dullstroom is approximately 140km from Nelspruit and some 270km and 240km from Johannesburg and Pretoria respectively, making it accessible to major centres.

In addition, a 23 hectare holiday farm – let on weekends for holiday visitors – was sold by PGP for R2 million, while a house on the 1020 hectare Teal & Trout Country Estate was sold for R1.55 million. Fully game fenced and with 18 dams, this country estate has only 40, one hectare, full title stands in total, making it a tranquil, prime getaway destination.
