Putco Properties is looking to diversify its interests through further investment in industrial, commercial and residential property development projects.
This emerged from the group's interim financial statement for the six months ended December released yesterday.
The group's interim turnover showed a marginal decline to R14-million from R14.1-million of the previous comparable period.
Headline earnings a share were reduced by 21,8% to 24,7c from 31,6c, and the group declared a dividend of 25c a share.
The group showed a bank balance of R16.2-million in December.
It said its diversification process would require the restructuring of the assets base. "We are continuing with our marketing efforts to find purchasers or tenants for vacant premises."
