Leissner maintains that his resignation is due to his time commitments and involvement in Arrowhead Properties Limited. In reality it is likely that his role at Redefine would have been a conflict of interest with that at Arrowhead. The decision is effective from 22 February 2012.

Redefine will announce a replacement on the board and audit committee in due course. The Board thanked Gerald for his invaluable contribution over the years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
