In a joint statement McMahon and Mackie said that a 5 year lease agreement was negotiated for the entire building, measuring 6,500m², as well as the vacant land immediately adjacent to it. The initial lease period is for 5 years with further options.
They added, “The property has been vacant for an extended period of time, and with Hillsong occupying and upgrading the building, the precinct will be enhanced. The property is strategically located next to Ratanga Junction and the Virgin Active Gym, providing easy access and excellent parking for visitors.
