Auction Alliance will take to auction a retail centre in the busy town of Bronkhorstspruit on March 22

Levin’s Plaza is situated in Bronkhorstspruit, which lies about 90km from Pretoria and 120km from Johannesburg. Major attractions in the small farming town include the Nan Hua Buddhist Temple and the Bronkhorstspruit Dam, regarded as one of the best angling spots in the country.

The property is situated in the Bronkhorstspruit CBD on Lanham Street, a main access road to the town. Lanham Street is characterized by ribbon-type business developments typical to rural CBD’s including filling stations, line shops and motor showrooms.

Lying adjacent to the plaza is a similar centre with national outlets as anchor tenants. Both centers were built according to a similar design and a demarcated parking lot between the two buildings offers free shared parking. The centre enjoys excellent pedestrian and vehicular traffic and consists of 14 line shops, with KFC as the anchor tenant and the property is also adjacent to a busy Shoprite. The property is well maintained with average to good finishes and no visible defects, the GLA is 1,214m², with the total site area measuring 1,931m².

The auction takes place at 12pm at the Hilton Hotel, 138 Rivonia Road Sandton.
