Capital & Counties Properties PLC has announced on Monday that the High Court of Justice in England and Wales has made an order confirming the reduction of Capital & Counties' share capital.
The reduction of capital sees the nominal value of each Ordinary Share in Capital & Counties reduced from 80 pence to 25 pence.
