A unique investment opportunity exists for wildlife enthusiasts. The Etosha Game Farm in the Limpopo province, just outside Bela Bela, will soon have a new owner at the fall of the hammer in two weeks.

Auction Alliance, an auction house dealing in office and retail space, commercial land and investment property will be making this sale possible.

Hansen says that apart from representing a great property investment opportunity, the game reserve is also an internationally accredited hunting farm and has hotel development rights.

The 1080ha game reserve is 42km west of Bela Bela in an area that has one of the highest volumes of local and international visitors annually.

Accommodation on the reserve includes the main lodge, five chalets and two luxury bush camps. There is also a fully-equipped conference centre that can host up to 24 delegates, a fully functional restaurant as well as a butchery with a game abattoir certification.

The reserve has an established infrastructure, with six boreholes and three dams, an electrified game fence, a network of gravel roads as well as utilities in place for a 50-room hotel.

This property will be sold at Auction Alliance’s platinum auction, at 10am on April 21 at The Southern Sun Hotel in Sandton, Johannesburg.
