Super Group in R12.5m lease A MODERN 8 000m2 warehouse and 750m2 of office space in Montague Gardens has been leased to Super Group in a R12.5 million deal concluded by Leif Eriksen, a director of Golding Commercial Property Brokers.

The property was recently acquired by Metboard and is managed by Investec Property Group. Originally utilised by Colman Foods, the warehouse, which accommodates 10 000 pallets and includes 20 dock levellers, will be used for the storage and distribution of FMCG products.
