The total number of civil summonses issued for debt for the third quarter of 2009 increased by 14,7% compared with the third quarter of 2008. There was also a 6,7% increase between September 2008 and September 2009

The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the third quarter of 2009 increased by 15,2% compared with the third quarter of 2008. There was also a 5,4% increase between September 2008 and September 2009.

The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the third quarter of 2009 increased by 23,6% compared with the third quarter of 2008. There was also a 29,4% increase between September 2008 and September 2009.
