Supplier of automotive components Dorbyl on Wednesday advised shareholders that due to the non-fulfilment of certain conditions precedent by the purchaser, Wisteria Trading 3, the agreement relating to the Rosslyn property disposal was of no further force and effect and the disposal would not be implemented.

The property to be disposed is situated at Gaigher Street, Rosslyn.
