Alliance Group will take to auction a prime property in the Johannesburg suburb of Randview.

Property-Housing-ResidentialRandview/Ferndale is close to the Randburg and Sandton central business districts and northeast of central Johannesburg.

The property consists of 3296m² of lettable area, built on three stands (Erf 2064, 2065, 2066), with a total size of 6888m²

The prime building is occupied by three national tenants, Mr Price Home, Rochester and Dial-a-Bed and is on one of the busiest roads in Johannesburg — Malibongwe Drive — with exposure to traffic from both directions.

The income-generating property, where Rochester renewed its lease for a further four years, will be sold with all its leases in place. Additional bulk is also available for further expansion opportunities which would be of great benefit to a prospective owner and serve as a bonus income.

The auction has been set for September 15 at the Radisson Hotel in Sandton.

In another auction, the Alliance Group is offering a suburban, country-life estate set in Summerveld, KwaZulu-Natal’s equine community. The property is equipped for an equestrian estate and potential investors who are horse owners, will have all the local equine service providers they need at hand.

Summerveld is located near Hillcrest in the growing Upper Highway region. The 8,9ha estate includes three separate registered subdivisions of 5,1ha, 2ha and 1,8ha.

In keeping with the equestrian facilities, the estate boasts a competition standard all-weather dressage (60x20) and jumping arena (60x30), a derby course of banks, Devil’s Dyke and water.

Also included are many paddocks, a barn and a stunning stable block of 24 stud-sized stables.

The luxurious homestead has four bedrooms.

The estate will be going on auction on September 8 at the Durban Country Club.
