Redefine Income Fund has acquired competition authority approval to acquire the linked units of ApexHi Properties and Madison Property Fund Managers Holdings, it was announced on Monday.

Redefine intends to acquire all of the linked units of ApexHi and all the linked units of Madison. On completion of the transaction Redefine will solely control ApexHi and Madison.

The Commission has recommended that the Tribunal approve this merger without conditions.
