Attention all real estate agency owners, commercial property developers and auctioneers. Have you completed the recognition of prior learning process? Are you looking to recruit or develop quality agents?

Property-Housing-ResidentialAs from 15 July 2008 all estate agents have to obtain the Further Education and Training Certificate: Real Estate, Level 4 (SAQA ID 59097), whilst all principals have to obtain the National Certificate: Real Estate, Level 5 (SAQA ID 20188).

As with existing agents, new entrants have to undergo a one year learnership to obtain this qualification. Alternatively an inexperienced entrant with a post matric qualification can undergo an internship, which is six months long.

Make sure you are using a training provider, like In Recognition, that is accredited with the Services Seta and Department of Education for the provision of national registered qualifications such as the FETC: Real Estate NQF 4 SAQA ID 59097. Current clients include Remax, RealNet, Homenet, Chas Everitt, Century 21, etc.

Our prices represent the best value for money in the market place in terms of quality in relation to price.

Learnerships: In Recognition, as part of the In Group of Companies (IGC), has 7 years experience in the provision of learnership nationally, with blue chip corporate clients like Old Mutual, Coca Cola & Parmalat. IGC’s specialist consulting division, In Consulting, will assist you with the process of ensuring a successful learnership implementation in your organisation, from start to finish.

In Recognition was the 3rd provider to be accredited for training the full qualification and is the only provider with over six years experience in successful learnership implementation, nationally.  In Recognition has offices in Sunnyside (Parktown, Johannesburg), Wynberg (Cape Town) and in Umhlanga (Durban) to ensure quality service delivery nationally.

If you would like to go through a clear, structured, well designed L4 & L5 RPL process, Learnership or Internship, In Recognition is the company to go through.
