The investment bank has taken a five year lease in Building B at Century Falls, a stand-alone 1103 square metre office block.

The building is one of five in the Century Falls office development which was developed by the Louis Group.

The transaction was signed off by Andrew Cole, Managing Director of Close.

The landlord is Nucleus Financial Services.
