When fully completed, Central Park will offer a total of 18 000 square metres of intimately planned, village-scale office buildings in three unique but interrelated office parks.
The first phase of the development totaling 5000 square metres comprises three elements and includes both freehold and sectional title offices for sale, offices to let and public facilities including a multi-functional Clubhouse and community square.
Only two of the 18 sectional title units in The Pavillion, which will be ready for occupation next month, remain to be sold. Each of these offers 185 square metres.
The Gatehouse, a 275 square metre standalone building at the entrance to Central Park has been let to medical doctors with strong interest being shown in the other two buildings – a 1000 square metre standalone office block and The Lighthouse, a 542 square metre building which enjoys spectacular views across the Canal.
Central Park has also been designed as the focal recreational hub for the greater Century City precinct and the third component of phase one is Grand Central which comprises a multi-functional Clubhouse, community square and new offices for the Century City Property Owners’ Association.
Phase Two will comprise a further three buildings two of which, totaling 3200 square metres, are under negotiation with potential owner occupiers. The third building offers a GLA of 1500 square metres.
