SAPOA welcomes 8% annual Eskom increase

The South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) welcomes the approval by the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) of the 8% annual increase for electricity. 

THE City of Johannesburg unlawfully increased rates on business, commercial and industrial properties in 2009-10, the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) ruled on Thursday.
