Mr. Alistair Milne is responsible for talent and leadership development, employee engagement, internal communications, equality and diversity, reward and organisation design across RICS.
Mr. Milne , who has around 30 years of HR experience, joined RICS in November 2012 from the UK’s leading child protection charity NSPCC where he was their Director of HR and a member of their Executive Board. Prior to the NSPCC, Alistair has worked in senior HR roles with a number of UK and USA based global operating technology organisations.

Milne holds a BA in Commerce from Napier University, Edinburgh.
