Analyst soften their objections

Property loan stock company Redefine's sparkling results (Companies April 22) have revived the debate about whether property funds listed on the JSE should be pure or "hybrid".

Metboard intends to expand its portfolio by actively seeking industrial clients that wish to grow and that require a focused and established property fund to assist them in meeting their property needs.
