Mr. Kevin M. Ellerine, also known as KM, served as Property Manager at Ellerine Bros. (Pty) Limited since 1993 and also served as its Managing Director of the Property Division since 2000.

Ms. Lindie Engelbrecht, CA(SA) served as the Chief Executive of the Institute of Directors.

Ms. Engelbrecht has advised, consulted and presented to boards and audit committees in the public and private sectors and to tertiary institutions on corporate, legal and governance matters. Ms. Engelbrecht has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hyprop Investments Ltd since January 14, 2011.

She served as a Director of Ernst & Young in Climate Change & Sustainability Services. She is a Member of the King Committee on Corporate Governance and previously served as a Director at KPMG. Ms. Engelbrecht is a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Gavin Robert Tipper, B.Com, BAcc (Wits), MBA (UCT), CA (SA), serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Coronation Investments and Trading Limited.

Mr. Tipper has been involved in the financial services industry for more than 21 years. He has been the Chief Operating Officer of Coronation Holdings Ltd. since 2001 and serves as its Director. Mr. Pieter G. Prinsloo, BSc(QS) is the Chief Executive Officer of Hyprop Investments Ltd.

Pieter previously held the position of CEO of Hyprop for seven years from 2002 to 2009. He was re-appointed to the position of CEO with effect from 1 May 2011. A quantity surveyor, he has been engaged in every aspect of property development, management and finance for over 23 years, having worked previously at Sanlam Properties, Standard Bank Properties and ABSA Commercial Property Finance.

He is a Quantity Surveyor engaged in every aspect of property development, management and finance for over 20 years having worked at Sanlam Properties, Standard Bank Properties and ABSA Commercial Property Finance. Mr. Prinsloo has been an Executive Director of Hyprop Investments Ltd since 2011.
