Qualification(s)

  • Minimum Matric Plus Seven years of current Centre / management experience
  • Shopping Centre Management certification would be an added advantage
  • Strong financial and budgeting knowledge is essential

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivery of the budget and to manage the total cost to income ratio
  • Manage acquisitions, re-developments, developments, disposals and arrears effectively
  • Identify opportunities to optimise or enhance financial performance
  • Development and reporting of management information to identify trends and opportunities to enhance the Sector performance, client experience and property management
  • Develop, implement and manage a CRM system
  • Develop and manage a marketing strategy
  • Development and implementation of policies relating to: Leases (re-working the offer and lease agreements), payment of commission, loading of leases and maintenance of the system, TI projects
  • Identify opportunities to optimize structure and streamline processes to enhance overall efficiency
  • Implementation of governance structures and processes to liaise with other sectors and functions
  • Implementation and management of knowledge management system and
  • Identify opportunities to optimise structure and streamline processes to enhance overall efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Asset Managers
  • To ensure that the service provided by property management meets all requirements
  • Deal with issues identified by Asset Managers
  • Manage the relationship with Asset Managers and support the Portfolio Managers dealing with the Asset Managers.
