Relationship and Project oversight Manager - Affordable housing (8845)

About the Job:

To ensure that new Affordable Housing deals are brought to the table, that existing Affordable Housing clients are maintained, & consequently that relationship based business potential is optimised ensuring that maximum profitability, return & target achievement is derived for the Bank. To also provide accurate project oversight for allocated Affordable Housing deals in the implementation phases and to compile reports on such loans to satisfy risk and operational requirements.

Stakeholders/Clients:

Head: Affordable Housing; Cape, KZN & Gauteng Property Finance business regions; Credit; Legal; Attorneys; FSC developer clients; FSC related industry stakeholders such as Dept of Housing & Councils, Property Professionals (Architects, Quantity Surveyors; Property Managers); Property Administrators; Valuers; Property Brokers; Estate Agents; Nedbank Corporate & Nedbank Retail Home Loans.

Education and Experience:

Matric certificate
Tertiary qualification (e.g. B.Comm; Building Science; Quantity Surveying; Property; Law)

Property Financing; Client acquisition & sales; Property Development.
Banking & / or Financial Services industry
Property industry / Construction industry

FICA / FAIS knowledge necessary
