Jozef Rams joined L’Occitane Central Europe in 2004 as Country Manager after a 9 year career in the Prestige Beauté division of Procter & Gamble Europe to develop the business for the brand in Central Europe.

He arrived in South Africa in 2013 to take over the business from a local distributor.

Rams has a Master of Business Administration qualification from LIGS University.
